The one thing I regret about launching this webcomic is the timing. I like Calvin and Hobbes a lot, and one thing Bill Watterson did was stick to the calendar. Calvin went to school in September, built snow-whatevers all winter, played outdoors and bugged his parents all summer. Right now, Dinosaur Kid is just kind of starting school while the real world is in the middle of the school year. I’m gonna try to phase in the calendar a little more further down the road.
But these let’s-play-house comics are some of my first continuous strips, so there’s at least that. Once the calendar’s on-track, there could be more multi-strip arcs.
Why’s Skunk Kid confused? That’s how I always played house!
Haha, OK, not really. I did always request to be the dog when we played house, though.
