Sorry this one’s a little late. Just one day, though. One day’s better than many of the alternatives.
Remember last year, when I posted this comic? I was invited to write it in the world of Aporkalypse, and now it’s (maybe) going to be printed alongside dozens of other creators’ stories in a shared universe anthology. That is, if the Kickstarter gets enough money in the next seven days. If you’re interested in supporting an independent publisher and a bunch of writers/artists, you can get a book out of it and everyone involved’ll be real appreciative.
Also, if you’re interested, you can read more about the dreadfully massive artillery of WWI right here.
EDIT: I re-uploaded this one because I keep forgetting to draw Moth Kid’s wings.
I get the feeling Octopus Kid is gonna have to do a whole lotta philosophizing to get over this moment later.
Yeah, she’ll either turn inward for some soulsearching or, following historical precedent, sucker onto some charismatic despot when a wheelbarrow of octo-marks can’t even buy a loaf of octo-bread.
I actually physically cringed a little bit when she ruined that painting.
Why such a sudden interest in WW1?
